3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes provided by us are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes are based on the information available at the time. Additional issues discovered during the job may incur extra charges.

• We aim to provide clear and upfront pricing on all services.
• Any variations or additional costs will be discussed and approved by the customer before proceeding.

• A call-out fee may apply depending on location, urgency, or after-hours requests.

• We take pride in offering reliable, on-time service; however, appointment times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If delays occur, we will make every effort to contact you promptly.

• Safe and reasonable access to the work site.
• That all relevant information about the job is disclosed before work begins.
• Pets, valuables, and hazards are removed from the immediate work area.
• They are present during the scheduled appointment unless alternative arrangements are made.

• Paid invoices via online payment link (if applicable)

• Payment is required upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.

• Overdue invoices may incur interest charges or collection fees.
• VDP reserves the right to pause or cease work until payment is received.

• All workmanship is guaranteed for a period consistent with industry standards (typically 12 months), unless otherwise specified.
• Warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, external factors, or unauthorised repair attempts.

• VDP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, unforeseen issues, or third-party interference.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or damage discovered during the job.
• Recommendations provided are based on our expertise and available information at the time.

• Any unexpected issues uncovered during the job will be communicated to the customer.
• Additional work will only proceed once approved.
• Extra materials, labour, and time will be charged accordingly.

• Emergency services or after-hours call-outs may incur higher rates.
• These fees will be disclosed before work begins whenever possible.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment may incur a fee.
• Larger projects may require deposits that are non-refundable if cancelled after materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

• Misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.
• Copy or reproduce any content without written permission.
• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

• Any personal information collected is used solely for communication, bookings, invoicing, or service provision.
• We do not share or sell customer information to third parties unless legally required.

• Our team adheres to all relevant workplace safety regulations.
• Customers must notify us of any hazards or safety concerns prior to work commencing.
